Brooks Logic has vast experience in creating cutting edge Video Conferencing/Prestation
Systems. Currently, we have a contract with the Department of Defense (DOD) to
create video conference rooms that allow for video conferences to be held both
on and off military bases. The multi-room, multi-screen solution uses the latest
in SMARTBoard technology and military grade encyption. These video presentation
and conferencing solutions provides US Army personnel, both domestic and abroad,
the ability to share information, communicate faster, and help facilitate the
Rapid Equipping Force's (REF) mission critical task of equipping American war
fighters.
In addition, Brooks Logic has developed state of the art command
center/conference room for Integrated Warfare Systems Lab team. The solution
incorporated custom software development/integration, SMARTBoard technology, and
multi-point telephone bridging capabilities. The command center represents an
interface between naval elements both at the Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare
Center (NSWC), Pacific Command elements based in San Diego, CA, and the U.S.
Navy Atlantic fleet based in Norfolk, VA.
Key features of the command center include the ability to host and join video
teleconferences (VTC) and conduct Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) calls.
From the command center, users also have access to the Internet, Naval Knowledge
On-line (NKO), satellite television, and direct access to both the Pentagon and
the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
